To celebrate the ways in which the Bible, Jesus, faith, and so on, has been known or exposed to our young people. This can take shape in many different ways, from young people sharing their experience of faith, Christianity, God, etc to other young people, the realisation of truth that they are loved, created, etc by our God, taking the good news of Jesus and sharing it with others, etc.
How are our young people being invited into life giving, faithfully authentic, faith growing, God honouring, relationships? Do our young people feel seen, respected, cared for, safe, etc? Are we showing/displaying the relational culture we strive to be? How are we doing this? (e.g. Young people inviting other young people to Emerge, Young people bringing in people to play with them, Young people serving each other, etc)
To recognise and acknowledge the ways in which God has brought young people towards Himself and in result of that, young people placing their trust in Him
Culture that is supportive, loving, God centering and God honouring starts with us. We want to ensure we have each others back through everything that happens in this place and that we are encouraging and loving, so we celebrate the things we do as a leadership team, but understand that this isn’t just about how good we are or how great our deeds are, but acknowledging the importance of service towards this program, each other and our young people.
